Michael Baker International is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to lead high-profile municipal and local agency construction projects across the Chicago area.
As a Resident Engineer, you’ll serve as the owner’s on-site representative, overseeing transportation and municipal construction projects from pre-construction through close-out—while mentoring teams and partnering closely with clients and contractors.
Responsibilities include leading construction delivery, collaborating and communicating with stakeholders, managing contracts and documentation, and mentoring and developing teams.
