Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in Retail Planning, Allocation, and/or Assortment Analysis
  • Experience in a multi-unit retail environment (10–50 stores) highly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
  • Experience with BI tools or Planning software (e.g., Oracle, Blue Yonder, SAP)
  • Deep understanding of standard planning processes (OTB, GMROI, Turn, WOS, Sell-Through)
