Job Summary
Ensure regular operation tasks and month-end close run smoothly and accurately, supervising daily operations and reviewing BSRs for markets NAM & LAM.
Maintain complete and accurate RTR in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules, coordinating with business partners and preparing documentation for year-end and internal audits.
Provide team management including coaching, training, motivation, and performance appraisal guidance, while ensuring KPI compliance and participating in continuous process improvement projects.
