Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining resident comfort, and accurately recording information on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
  • The role requires adherence to established policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids, maintaining confidentiality of resident care information, and reporting any known or suspected unauthorized attempts to access facility’s information system.
