Job Summary
Lead continuous improvement function across multiple client relationships for Capita Geo, analyzing customer journeys to identify improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma and other innovation methods.
Provide disciplinary and operational leadership for Workforce and Quality Management teams in Bulgaria and Poland, defining and executing strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Optimize end-to-end service processes, analyze operational data to identify trends and root causes, and build a strong continuous improvement culture by mentoring and coaching teams.
