The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, positive environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Perform lifting and transferring duties safely

Key Requirements
