Job Summary

  • The Plant Manager is responsible to lead daily operations for the plant and to ensure reliability and consistency on HSE/Compliance and the smooth execution of the production line.
  • Lead and manage the manufacturing production facility in order to reach defined targets in HSE, Compliance, revenue, quality, cost, delivery and safety.
  • Drive continuous business improvement with focus on lean and additive manufacturing while leading a large manufacturing unit consisting of several value stream and dispersed manufacturing departments.
