Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, MEP Engineering, or Architecture
  • At least 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management
  • At least 3 years of experience managing MEP retrofits or renovations
  • 3+ years of experience managing capital budgets
  • PMP certification preferred
