Job Summary

  • This individual will be responsible to support the rest of the Q&CI team members in integrating the Quality and Continuous Improvement (Lean and 6 Sigma) and Quality tools and methodologies and activities within the assigned duties or functional department.
  • Work with the teams in understanding the Voice of the Customer within local team and ensure customer feedback is provided, evaluated and used by local teams.
  • Uses Quality data analytics from all parts of the operation to identify risks, failures and nonconformances within the local operations, its suppliers, and customers.
