Primary responsibilities include managing a team responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production issues, developing monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance and carrier configurations, and resolving technical challenges.
The vision for Carrier Logistics is to build a unified, scalable, and self-service ecosystem that enables 3P carriers to seamlessly onboard, integrate, and operate with Amazon.
