Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales program to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue levels are achieved for the Community.
  • Achieve maximum occupancy and revenue levels by keeping and building at or above budgeted monthly occupancy.
  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing/sales preferred. Minimum five (5) years’ experience in marketing and sales and/or knowledge of senior living industry.
