Job Summary
Serve as the primary financial advisor to China CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management on all financial matters, participating in strategic planning and operational activities.
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all financial statements in accordance with PRC GAAP and Group reporting standards, overseeing a robust internal control environment.
Formulate, implement, and regularly review the company's overall investment strategy and strategic asset allocation in alignment with liability profile, risk appetite, and solvency requirements.
