Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive knowledge of engineering principles to develop new approaches for complex problems in the medical device industry.
  • You will serve as a standard bearer for Quality by ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System and contributing to the attainment of quality KPIs and 5 Sigma goals.
  • The role includes supervising up to 4 to 5 technicians, leading cross-functional projects, and providing mentorship to other engineers while occasionally traveling to multiple locations.
