Job Summary

  • The manager will be responsible for engineering integration across multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), programs, and development efforts within the IAMD portfolio.
  • This leader will drive alignment between development and production efforts to ensure consistent decision making and resolve technical challenges impacting overall system or organizational performance.
  • The IAMD/PAC-3 Engineering team is responsible for designing Radar seeker upgrades and next generation concepts, as well as supporting production and special test equipment design.

  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
