Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary Agile coach and facilitator for multiple Agile teams and/or ARTs, championing Agile and Lean best practices while ensuring alignment with ADI’s SDLC, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and sustain strong execution rhythms, improve delivery performance across flow metrics, and proactively identify and remove impediments.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert supporting internal and external audits, ensuring Agile ceremonies and artifacts map cleanly to FDA-regulated SDLC expectations.
