Natural Resource Partners is seeking a Revenue & Asset Strategy Analyst to support operational efficiencies and pricing strategies within their property management departments. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate analysis, particularly in multifamily, and strong technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and YARDI software

Job Summary

  • Analyze new and existing markets to help determine appropriate pricing, to ensure leasing velocity while maximizing rent growth.
  • Analyze rents for properties in lease-up to find opportunities to increase rents where opportunity exists and/or decrease rents where expectations are not being met.
  • Analyze financial data to assist the RPM's and RVP's to ensure budgets are accurately displayed for the upcoming year.
