The Dietary Director ensures meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet residents’ individual needs while managing staff and maintaining budget compliance.
This role involves coordinating dietary services with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction and maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
The position requires supervising dietary staff, conducting nutritional assessments, and participating in quality assurance and interdisciplinary team meetings.
