Job Summary

  • This leadership position will focus to improve material flow by balancing demand and supply through the maturity of SIOP, demand planning, master scheduling, material planning, inventory management, production control, and logistics processes.
  • The Director of Supply Chain will lead excellence around material supply planning, supplier relationships, and in-plant materials management for a division within Regal Rexnord’s Automation & Motion Control Segment.
  • The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain/ Materials, Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience with international supply chain planning
  • Prior experience leading a supply chain team
  • Experience leading a team of purchasing and planning professionals
  • Sound knowledge of Oracle/ERP experience
  • Experience utilizing a Kanban inventory system
