Job Summary

  • Co-manages all elements of Momentive Software Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), including planning, administration, field support, and monthly processing of incentive payments.
  • Acts as the primary liaison to the field for any incentive-related questions and collaborates with Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure accurate incentive payments.
  • Provides timely and relevant customized reporting, metrics, and analysis support to the Director of Sales Compensation and completes monthly commissions accruals for the finance team.
