Job Summary
Co-manages all elements of Momentive Software Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), including planning, administration, field support, and monthly processing of incentive payments.
Acts as the primary liaison to the field for any incentive-related questions and collaborates with Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure accurate incentive payments.
Provides timely and relevant customized reporting, metrics, and analysis support to the Director of Sales Compensation and completes monthly commissions accruals for the finance team.
