Job Summary

  • This role sits within the Operations team and works closely with Curriculum, Apprenticeships, and Client Partnerships to ensure programmes meet Ofsted expectations.
  • The Quality Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining and updating the SAR, QIP, and quality calendar while conducting quality reviews and deep dives.
  • Candidates benefit from dedicated monthly CPD time, 5.6 weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays, and two paid weeks off over Christmas/New Year.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • IQA qualification V1 or IQA Award
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted EIF
  • Experience leading IQA processes
  • Conducting OTLAs and feedback
  • Understanding of apprenticeship standards

Nice-to-have

  • Level 5 teaching qualification DET DTLLS PGCE
  • Assessor qualification TAQA A1 CAVA
  • Experience designing CPD sessions
  • Knowledge of digital learning platforms
  • Experience with e-portfolios

Key Requirements

  • IQA qualification (V1 / IQA Award)
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English & Maths
  • Experience managing IQA/assessment teams
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
