  • The role reports directly to the Leadership Development Director with close alignment to the Chief Diversity Officer and HR Community.

Must-have

  • 3-5 years coordinating workforce diversity programs
  • Solid technical ability with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with WebEx preferred
  • Certifications in performance coaching or self-assessment instruments
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% within enterprise footprint

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in diversity and inclusion program coordination
  • Depth of knowledge in diversity practices, trends, analysis, and tracking
  • Ability to operate in a self-directed manner in a fast-paced environment
