Job Summary
The Lead Data Engineer is a senior technical leadership role responsible for the design, build, operation, and modernisation of enterprise-grade data platforms, pipelines, and data-enabled applications within the CIB Client Management environment.
The role provides hands-on technical leadership across the full software and data engineering lifecycle, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, reliable, and well-governed data solutions that support analytics, reporting, operational MI, and machine-learning use cases.
In addition to technical delivery, the role is accountable for engineering standards, data standards, mentoring and capability building, and close partnership with business, analytics, security, and product stakeholders.
