Key Requirements

  • Valid RN License
  • Graduate of accredited Nursing Program
  • One year patient care experience
  • Chemotherapy certification for Oncology units
  • Pass pre-screening testing with minimum 80% score for specialty areas
  • Must work one major holiday and one additional holiday plus two weekend shifts
  • Pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
  • Fitted for and capable of using N95 masks and respirators
  • 12 months acute care hospital experience with 6 months direct patient care
  • Not currently employed by UAMS and previous employees must have terminated over 180 days prior
