Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
This role includes administrative duties, medication administration, charting, staff development, safety and sanitation monitoring, and participation in facility quality assurance and surveys.
The position requires leadership in nursing services, ensuring compliance with policies, coordinating resident care plans, and fostering a warm and calm environment for residents and staff.
