  • You take full end‑to‑end ownership of the Lending & TFS change agenda: defining the functional and technical roadmap, ensuring front‑to‑back process integration, and coordinating delivery across Finance, Tech, Risk, Operations, and the Lending & TFS organization.
  • You empower your people to excel in a technically demanding domain—deepening Lending & TFS product expertise, analytical rigour, and engineering craftsmanship.
