Job Summary

  • This job provides security for patients, guests and employees as assigned, enforces company policies and procedures, and performs assigned duties that ensure the security of patients, guests, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • The incumbent works with patients who have known or suspected communicable diseases and may enter isolation rooms.

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in Security, law enforcement, or military
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Valid driver’s license and clean DMV report
  • Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) training
  • Firearms training
  • IAHSS Certification within 90 days of hire
  • Computer skills and dexterity
  • Proficient with Windows-style applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to continuously walk company property
