Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and established policies.
You will perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work as directed, ensuring resident comfort and convenience.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident care information and reporting any suspected violations promptly to the Administrator.
