Job Summary
You will manage end-to-end import/export documentation, coordinate global logistics, and provide critical support to sales teams and overseas clients
Key Responsibilities & Duties: Trade Documentation: Manage full sets of shipping documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L, Insurance) and handle Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiation and bank submissions
System & Compliance: Perform data entry in Xero, maintain systematic trade files, and support annual audit requirements
