Job Summary

  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and expanding sales for Fleet, Government, and Heavy-Duty accounts within the assigned territory.
  • This role requires presenting the total product offering of NAPA Light Duty and Heavy-Duty lines while driving new Fleet Elite member enrollments and Master Service Agreement adoption.
  • Candidates must be able to travel extensively, including overnight stays, to meet commercial fleets and government clients while achieving territory sales quotas.
