The role involves managing the Aesthetics and Prescription business, overseeing the marketing strategy, and leading a sales team to achieve growth and profitability in various Middle Eastern countries.

Job Summary
Manage and develop Aesthetics/Prescription business - P&L and Marketing activities across ME-DPM (Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Egypt).
Influence, implement and execute the global marketing strategy - participate in GM team discussions.
Manage sales and marketing team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision, values and compliance.

Key Requirements
University Degree in Sciences (pharmacy, medicine)
MBA is an advantage
Fluent in English (Medical and Business)
8-10 years experience in sales and marketing
Experience in Middle East markets
Experience in matrix organization
Experience in KOL management
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
