Job Summary

  • The Director of Merchandising-Non Apparel is responsible for leading the Design led merchandising strategy, assortment planning, product lifecycle management, price structures, and in-store/online presentation to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
  • The Director will mentor and guide a high functioning team while partners closely with Design, Buying, Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain, Digital and Retail teams to ensure a compelling, consumer-centric product offering that aligns with the ALO brand identity.
  • The base salary range for this position is $170,000-$190,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position.
