As part of the IT Operations Support team you will provide critical application support and troubleshooting to maintain seamless operations.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your technical knowledge to mentor team members, manage stakeholder expectations, and enhance client satisfaction, while navigating the complexities of IT systems and cloud infrastructure.
