Strict adherence to confidentiality protocols is required, including protecting protected health information and reporting any suspected violations immediately.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Record vital signs and intake/output data
Nice-to-have

Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
