Job Summary
The Operations & Reporting Manager partners with the Product Owner to ensure the iEnvision Publications Management System is well specified, documented, and continuously improved, while transforming operations data into actionable insights.
In this role, you will translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinate configuration cycles and releases, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), triage support tickets, and maintain current workflow documentation.
In parallel, you will support the Data & Reporting Lead by designing and maintaining user ‑ friendly Power BI reports and dashboards, automating routine reporting tasks, and strengthening data quality, governance, and compliance across the publications lifecycle.

Key Requirements
3+ years experience with BI tools
3+ years supporting enterprise SaaS or workflow systems
Proven ability to analyze information and manage time
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Experience translating business needs into requirements
Hands-on experience triaging application issues
Ability to create process maps and data flow diagrams
Proficiency with backlog/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow)
Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Visio, Miro)
Strong Excel skills
Practical experience building Power BI reports and dashboards
