Job Summary
As Total Rewards Manager for India, you will be responsible to plan, organize and direct activities and policies under Total Rewards Center of Expertise for 3M’s legal entities in India.
You will be responsible for the administration of our Compensation and Benefits package in India in accordance with the 3M’s compensation and benefits philosophy.
You will partner with India HR team and business clients to understand employees and business needs.
