Key Requirements
8+ years technical/engineering operations leadership
4+ years managing complex infrastructure and teams
Regional exposure across multiple countries
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Expertise in BMS, HVAC/ACMV, electrical distribution, automation, asset management, CMMS, or utilities
Proven capability building and leading dispersed technical teams
IFM operations leadership or multi-site responsibility preferred
Hands-on responsibility for uptime and risk management
Deep familiarity with technical compliance and EHS
