Job Summary
The PwC in-house legal team comprises of a group of highly skilled lawyers dedicated to supporting and advising the Firm to help ensure it fulfils its purpose and achieves its objectives.
This role reports to the Legal Manager and is responsible for reviewing, revising, negotiating and advice on requests for proposals, non-standard client agreements for the Assurance, Advisory and Tax Lines of Service, master services agreements, engagement letters, subcontracts, nondisclosure agreements and other types of agreements consistent with the firm’s risk management standards while also considering applicable legal, regulatory and professional standards, often on a time sensitive basis.
The role is also responsible for carrying out a gap analysis between the firm’s risk management and local law and ensuring that supplemental policies are drafted accordingly.
