The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient confidentiality and safety.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, recording vital signs, observing skin conditions, and promptly reporting any changes in resident status to the Nurse Supervisor.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Record vital signs and intake/output data

Key Requirements
