Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience
  • Electrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Communication/Interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • PMP Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • Maintain Mechanical Contractor license
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years’ experience OR 5 years’ experience in facilities management
  • EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire
  • Mechanical Contractor License or equivalent
