Job Summary

  • The Trauma PI Coordinator develops, implements, and evaluates trauma service line performance initiatives to advance safe, high-quality care.
  • The role oversees quality standards, clinical documentation practices, and policy/procedure development in alignment with American College of Surgeons (ACS) trauma standards and State of Montana requirements.
  • The coordinator partners with the multidisciplinary trauma team to optimize systems of care across the trauma continuum and improve the physical, psychosocial, rehabilitative, educational and spiritual needs of the trauma patient and/or their family.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • Two (2) years of RN experience in trauma service line
