Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
• The role includes administrative, charting, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment, supply management, care plan assessment, and budget reporting functions.
• The position requires maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local standards and participating in continuing education programs to keep skills and licenses current.

• Current active LPN/LVN license
• CPR certification
• Graduate of accredited nursing or LPN/LVN program
