Perform compliance control missions in line with the Compliance Monitoring Plan and draft/review in-house Compliance procedures.
Proactively identify, analyse and report compliance risks, and assess the regulatory implications of new product launches and service extensions.
Be the first point of contact for internal and external audits and the direct contact point for regulators, maintaining positive working relationships.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in Compliance in Luxembourg
Experience with investment funds and management companies/AIFMs
Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory framework (UCITS, AIFMD)
