Job Summary

• Lead a multi-platform digital product organization across Web, Mobile, CTV, and orchestration services, overseeing Engineering, PMO, and QA to ensure unified accountability for technical execution, delivery predictability, quality, and operational rigor.
• Modernize execution, increase velocity, reduce technical debt, and build a high-performing, product-aligned engineering culture by driving adoption of AI-assisted development tools and reimagining SDLC practices.
• Lead and develop Engineering Managers, PMO leaders, and QA leadership, building a culture that is product-minded, accountable, collaborative, and high-ownership while recruiting and scaling talent strategically.
