Job Summary

  • Partner closely with employees, Human Resources, Finance, and external vendors to manage and resolve complex payroll, HR‑related, finance, and vendor inquiries and transactions.
  • Process end‑to‑end payroll activities, including payroll completion and settlement, within Workday, perform file balancing, payroll reconciliation, and detailed payroll reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • The role requires exceptional customer service skills, frequent telephone and email interaction, strong attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy and analytical capability.
