Manage contract administration for all phases of complex projects, typically valued between $100–$500 million, working with clients in both the private and public sectors.
Review client contracts to identify risks and ensure compliance with Company policies, and propose alternative clauses or language as appropriate for the Company’s business interests.
Participate as a member of the negotiating team to establish business terms and contract conditions, and monitor and administer the business provisions of prime contracts to ensure compliance.
