** Swinerton Management and Consulting is seeking a Craft HR Administrator to provide HR support and maintain compliance data for its companies. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or administrative roles, particularly within the construction industry, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. **

Job Summary

  • As part of the Corporate Human Resources team, provide HR related support and resources to all Swinerton companies; as well as, maintain and execute HR and compliance data, programs, and records.
  • Administer companywide third-party State Compliance Job Board program; as well as track and report on utilization and placement success.
  • Accurately prepare EEO-1 and VET reporting data per gov’t requirements, submit data once reviewed and approved.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • AA degree or equivalent training or experience
  • 2 years construction administrative experience
  • 1-3 years Human Resources work experience

  • Strong data entry skills
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills
