Swinerton Management and Consulting is seeking a Craft HR Administrator to provide HR support and maintain compliance data for its companies. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or administrative roles, particularly within the construction industry, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Summary
As part of the Corporate Human Resources team, provide HR related support and resources to all Swinerton companies; as well as, maintain and execute HR and compliance data, programs, and records.
Administer companywide third-party State Compliance Job Board program; as well as track and report on utilization and placement success.
Accurately prepare EEO-1 and VET reporting data per gov’t requirements, submit data once reviewed and approved.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
AA degree or equivalent training or experience
2 years construction administrative experience
