  • The incumbent works closely with the Sales Manager in managing the Hospital and/or GP channel for ethical products.
  • Implement action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and track progress against key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow up on customer issues, while informing customers of promotions and new products.
