Job Summary

  • In this role, you will be responsible for compensation advice to various corporate functions, ranging from Boards of Directors/Supervisory Boards, Compensation and Benefits, and legal departments for both listed and unlisted companies.
  • As a Senior Associate, your main task will be to provide support in strategic compensation advice for executives, including plan design, benchmarking, (ESG) target setting, governance, tax, implementation, and communication advice in direct consultation with our expert team members.
