Job Summary
Lead mechanical and plumbing design professionals, execute the production of design deliverables, manage the department workflow and resources, participate in resource workload projections, and develop cost estimates.
Define, lead and implement design concept and development; assume responsibility for overall quality of design and construction documents.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the professionals within the department; acts as a resource for engineers.
