• This remote pharmacy technician role supports the value-based care efforts of the population health pharmacy team in the Greater Charlotte market.
• Quality measures that pharmacy is responsible for include statin use in persons with diabetes (SUPD), and medication adherence for hypertension, cholesterol and non-insulin diabetes medications for our Medicare MA population.
